2016 Buick LaCrosse Premium for Kathleen

Kathleen takes home a 2016 Buick LaCrosse Premium with a Sangria interior.  She connected with me over the internet, interested in a 2015 we have on the lot.  I told her that we couldn't lease it, but that I would see if I could find what she was looking for.  Turns out, we had exactly what she was looking for.  She was a little apprehensive about making the drive in from Streetsboro, Ohio and that's when I assured her that I would make it well worth the trip.  I told her that sometimes you have to make a drive to find the best.

Next, I went out to the 2016 Buick Lacrosse Premium and shot a nice walk around video for her.  Here is the video:

She called me immediately after watching the video and I could feel the excitement in her voice.  She told me about her trade and I gave her some  price ranges depending on her trade.  Kathleen said, “your numbers sound great!  I'll be in tomorrow.”

She was here Saturday morning just before we opened.  I got all of her paperwork out-of-the-way and then we went to see the Buick.  The minute we turned the corner and she saw it, I could hear her excitement.  I had fun training her on all of the technology in the Buick and she couldn't believe all that it did.  After that, I took her to finance, she signed all of her paper work I took her delivery video.
