2017 Cadillac XT5 Luxury for Hector started out as an ATS. ?I started my day working on an XT5 deal for Kenneth out of Akron when I noticed a message from my assistant. ?Hector, a friend from my BNI Team, left a message stating he was interested in a Cadillac. ?He mentioned he was looking at an ATS on the website, could he come in and look at it later in the day. ?We figured after 4 would work and I began working to get the car ready. ?With all the ice recently, I had to bring it in the shop and hose it down with hot water. ?Next, I shot the video right in the service center.

Once Hector arrived, I was excited to welcome him to my office and catch up a little before heading out to the ATS. ?On our way out to the car I got to thinking that maybe this car wasn't right for him. ?Only because he is tall and has a tall family and there's not a lot of room in the ATS. ?Test driving the 2.0 Turbo was a lot of fun, but instantly I could tell he felt crammed in the car.

Once we returned to the dealership, he asked about the XT5 and we ventured out to find a few. ?I could tell right away he was comfortable in it and the test drive went great. ?Back in my office I presented numbers on his trade in and show him payments on the XT5.
